Yeah, so I was shocked when I came in and found out that I needed to get fillings. I had waited a little longer than I should have between cleanings, just in my move back here and finding a new dentist. But Dr. Kaady was so amazing and, like, making me feel calm and reassuring me that, like, we were going to get them taken care of quick and that it was going to be painless and that I could go back to doing my normal activities right after my appointment, which was great.
And it had been a long time since I’d had any fillings. So I was a little nervous about what that process was going to be like. You know, when I was a kid, you couldn’t eat things for a while and I feel like there was some pain associated with it, but it was super easy. I came in and I left and it was like nothing had happened. Working with Dr. Kaady is amazing.
He’s got such a funny, like, sense of humor, which for me makes me feel at ease when I’m in the chair. He can kind of crack jokes, make me feel comfortable while also asking, like, helpful questions to make sure that I’m well taken care of. Anytime that I get any information from Dr. Kaady or his staff, I know without a doubt that he is speaking on experience and education.
I know that he is continually always trying to learn more and stay up to date in all of the, like, technologies and things that are going on. And so I know that he is giving his best opinion and advice. And so I trust all of the information that he gives, and that he’s going to keep my mouth healthy, and that I can trust whatever he says. Dr Kaady and his crew are empathetic and seek to understand. Not once did I or my children ever feel judged or shamed. Ever. They talked through any situation and discussed potential solutions. The solutions were up to us to choose. When my daughter needed an orthodontist we talked about how to select an orthodontist. The choice was ours, and we found an excellent one!
I unfortunately no longer live in the area, but hearing other peoples experiences with dentists, I might consider driving to Portland twice a year 😁😂💕
