How it works

You get a diagnosis before we talk about an appliance.

01

A visit with Dr. Kaady

He checks your bite, jaw and airway and tells you what he sees.

02

A sleep test at home

Pick it up at our office and wear it overnight in your own bed.

03

A plan based on the results

A licensed sleep medicine provider makes the diagnosis. If an oral appliance is a good option, Dr. Kaady fits it and follows up. If CPAP is the better choice, we’ll tell you.
